The hotel offers a luxurious experience with spacious, modern suites perfect for families, and the staff is exceptionally accommodating throughout your stay. However, the Wi-Fi connection in the rooms is disappointing and not suitable for business needs, and there were some cleanliness concerns in the showers. Overall, it’s a great choice for a comfortable stay near the waterfront with some minor drawbacks.
My experience at the Casuarina Wellness Spa left a lot to be desired. While the spa's facilities seemed nice, I felt like a lot was missing, like a proper tour of the amenities. After my facial, I ended up with an eye infection, which is pretty concerning. I won’t be back, unfortunately.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, with a misleading reputation of being a luxury establishment. The rooms felt old and neglected, and I encountered several maintenance issues. The location is decent and close to local attractions, but the lack of amenities greatly affected my experience. There's potential here, but it needs significant improvement.
The hotel has a beautiful aesthetic and is in an excellent location. However, my experience fell short due to several issues, from the airport pick-up fiasco to room key troubles. While the spacious room was comfortable and the staff were generally kind, I left feeling that it didn't fully embody the 'luxury' I expected.
